Joshua Trees

Driving through Nevada, I see fields of Joshua Trees a lot and I always think about stopping to take some photos.  On this day, I was driving back from Caliente with plenty of time and my camera sitting next to me.  When I saw the large yellow field in the background, I knew this was the place to stop.  I like how the field just adds an additional layer of color.  I would have liked to close down the aperature a little further, but I was shooting handheld and wanted it to stay sharp.
