In terms of pure beach, Bamboo Island was probably the most spectacular one we visited.  Long white beaches with clear water.  However, I tend to prefer the jagged cliffs over the pure beach so I can't say it was the most scenic beach.  We spent a half hour or so here and it was perfect!
